Commonly Asked Questions

Are sessions or packages refundable?
No, sessions and packages are not refundable once purchased. If you are not sure you will most of the sessions, we recommend a lower package or drop-in sessions (you save more with the bigger packages!).

Will bootcamp be cancelled if it rains?
Bootcamp is rain or shine! However, we will take into account severe weather. Participants will be notified prior to the day's session if inclement weather may delay or postpone bootcamp. Weather cancellations will be rescheduled.

I don't know anyone joining. Help!
Many individuals have joined bootcamp previously without knowing a soul and walked away with lasting friendships! We take pride in the environment we offer where you can meet like-minded individuals, laugh and smile, all while getting in amazing shape.

Do I need to bring any equipment with me?
Yes, you will want to have at least one pair of dumbbells with you at every session. We recommend 5lbs - 10lbs unless you are an experienced lifter, then you can bring what you are comfortable with. All other equipment will be provided for that session, such as tires, sledgehammers, tanks, bands, etc!

I am out of shape/overweight/new to fitness. 
Is this bootcamp for me?
Absolutely! We accommodate all levels of fitness and provide different modifications to accommodate experience and/or injuries, when needed. It is Day One or One Day - you decide!

BOOTCAMP: THE 5TH MICHIGAN SEASON

Did you know Michigan has five seasons? Fall, Winter, Spring, BOOTCAMP and Summer

So fun to mix things up and be outside doing things you can’t do indoors like pushing sleds, throwing heavy ropes around and (my favorite) flipping giant tires. Of course there’s a fabulous group of people involved! And cardio…..which tonight included BURPEES!!!  

Pretty sure I was the only one excited about that 😂 Give me a choice between sprints or burpees and I will pick burpees. Every. Single. Time. Thanks Coach Chad Demchik for making fitness fun!!!

RAIN OR SHINE - GETTING IT DONE!

Finished my 8 week bootcamp session in the 94 degree melting heat! Butttttt I did it. Down 17 lbs, 4.5 inches in waist, and 2.5 inches in the hips! 

Thank you coach Chad Demchik for always making it fun even when it’s raining, freezing or when we are melting! He knows his health and fitness like no other, so helpful, knowledgeable, and no BS ways. Can’t wait for the next session.

BECOMING THE BEST VERSION OF HERSELF

Working with Coach Chad the last 4 months has been life changing! He pushed me to physically do things I never thought I could do. I’m stronger now and able to push myself and proved that it won’t kill me! His expertise and genuine willingness to share/guide/encourage/support me has truly set me up for success. During the last 4 months I’ve learned to not make excuses. I’ve made a commitment and investment in myself and it feels so good! This is just the beginning of my fitness/weightloss journey and I’m so proud of my results/accomplishments thus far. As of today I’ve lost 36lbs!!! 

Coach Chad has taught me about fueling my body the correct way (things I had no idea about like Macronutrients, etc) and the importance of tracking my calories to really see where I need to make changes and to see how much I’m consuming daily. Lastly he stresses the importance of lifting weights so that I can move about freely, live longer and not become dependent on others for care as I age! He’s opened my eyes to the importance of just being the best version of myself for me and my family!
